About The Position
We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with both children and adults, along with a solid background in providing mental health services. We urgently need staff to work specifically with children and to maintain a caseload of three or more clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a human services or related field
- Current QMHP or QMHP T certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children and adults in a mental health setting
- Strong knowledge of child development and mental health disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of clients receiving community-based services
- Complete daily documentation (progress notes, assessments) within 24 hours
- Collaborate with clients, families, and community partners to ensure holistic care
- Respond to client crises and coordinate emergency support when needed
- Attend weekly supervision meetings with your Clinical Supervisor
