About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Qualification Product Management Engineer to join our team in Irvine, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the qualification process of our products, ensuring they meet all necessary standards and regulations. Work with cross functional teams to develop and implement qualification strategies for new and existing products Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications Design and execute qualification test plans and protocols Analyze test results and prepare comprehensive qualification reports Manage the product lifecycle, from concept to market release Identify and mitigate potential risks in the qualification process Continuously improve qualification methodologies and processes Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all qualification activities Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on qualification-related matters

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
3-5 years of experience in product management or related field, with a focus on HDD qualification processes
Strong background in engineering or technical field
Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
Proven project management abilities
Experience with technical documentation and regulatory compliance
Proficient in using product management software and tools
Understanding of industry-specific qualification standards
Knowledge of HDD product development processes
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Effective communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities
