This role focuses on building trust, increasing awareness of programs and services, and ensuring community voices are reflected in organizational decisions. The specialist works directly with residents, partners, and stakeholders to foster meaningful engagement and support positive outcomes, including managing the agency’s social media presence to enhance outreach and communication. In addition, this position requires flexibility to engage clients throughout the admission process, including conducting intakes, facilitating level‑of‑care determinations, completing screenings, and supporting program orientation groups.
