What You'll Be Doing Conduct routine laboratory testing on aggregate materials to ensure quality and compliance standards are met. Maintain accurate records of test results and communicate findings with production and quality teams. Assist with sampling, inspection, and verification of materials from various production stages. Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure consistent testing accuracy. Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying quality trends and contributing to corrective actions. Requirements

  • Ability to perform laboratory testing with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort working with data, measurements, and technical processes.
  • Clear communication skills to share findings across teams.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and collaboration in a production‑focused setting.
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
