About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Perform routine testing of concrete and raw materials to ensure compliance with specifications Document and report test results accurately and promptly Assist in troubleshooting material quality issues and recommend corrective actions Maintain testing equipment and ensure calibration standards are met Collaborate with plant and field personnel to support quality initiatives Support general labor tasks around the plant as needed, including assisting with physical duties

Requirements

• Understanding of concrete materials and testing procedures
• Ability to follow standardized testing protocols and safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in field and plant environments with varying conditions
• Strong math skills, particularly in algebra, to support accurate testing, mix adjustments, and data analysis
