Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in quality documentation, data entry, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and PDF editing tools.
- A sharp eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes or oilfield services is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain quality-related data with 100% accuracy.
- Manage and update-controlled documents, ensuring current versions are always in circulation.
- Compile Project Data Books , including material certifications, test records, and inspection reports.
- Review and verify all documentation for accuracy, resolving discrepancies quickly.
- Track calibration records for tools and equipment.
- Organize quality records to support internal and external audits.
- Participate in safety, quality, and continuous improvement programs.
