Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role, preferably within the Food & Beverages sector.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Discretion and respect for confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Accurately input data into company databases and systems, including inventory records, sales reports, and supplier information.
Verify and review data for discrepancies or errors and make necessary corrections.
Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical files.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency across departments.
Assist in generating regular reports and summaries for management review.
Follow data entry protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Identify opportunities to improve data entry processes and suggest enhancements.
