About The Position
Temp Updating yard system at real time with EQ In & Out ? Updating BC page at real time ? Updating POD at real time ? Updating actual POD based on driver’s manifest ? Double check driver’s manifest with each container BC pages ? Communicating with drivers, CSR, and dispatchers ? Daily report by email required by other team or upper management ? Communicating with yard spotter drivers and M&R team ? Providing support document for driver’s waiting and dry-run ? EDI report & other daily reports ? Knowledge of safety practices and regulations on trucks and chassis to comply FMCSA or California BIT inspection ? An eye for detail ? Computer savvy ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Team-work oriented & respect all other employees ? Updating company truck & driver schedule ?
