About The Position

We are hiring multiple ERP Data Entry Specialists to support a leading food manufacturing company in Bay Shore, NY.
These roles are fully on‑site, fast‑paced, and critical to ensuring accurate production and inventory reporting across multiple manufacturing lines.
Candidates MUST have prior manufacturing experience and hands‑on ERP system usage.
Available Shifts
1st Shift
5:30 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Occasional Saturday coverage may be required.
2nd Shift
4:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday–Friday
Requires flexibility to train on 1st
Occasional Saturday coverage may be required.
3rd Shift
11:30 PM – 8:00 AM, Monday–Friday
Requires flexibility to train on 1st
Occasional Saturday coverage may be required.

Requirements

• Manufacturing or production‑support experience (non‑negotiable)
• Hands‑on ERP experience (Aptean preferred but not required)
• Experience entering, validating, or reconciling production‑related data
• Experience performing inventory counts, bin audits, or shop floor reconciliation
• Experience using handheld/RF scanners
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments

Nice To Haves

• Excel skills (formulas, functions, formatting)
• Order entry or transactional data entry experience
• Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Execute ERP transactions quickly and accurately in a manufacturing environment.
• Open, close, and manage process orders daily.
• Perform order, production, and inventory reconciliation every shift.
• Maintain real‑time shop floor data inputs and reporting.
• Conduct bin counts and monitor inventory movements.
• Use RF/handheld scanners for material and production tracking.
• Review, correct, and validate production data for accuracy and traceability.
• Track work‑in‑process, raw material flow, and rework.
• Complete shift‑to‑shift reconciliation across multiple production lines.
• Assist in developing job aids and supporting continuous improvement.
• Perform additional duties as required.
