QA Testers ensure quality, reliability, and stability across SpendHQ’s SI and PM solutions, as part of a shared responsibility model with Product, Development, and DevOps teams. You will participate in the full QA lifecycle: from ticket validation to release cycle testing on QA, Staging, UAT and Production environments, following our structured SDLC and QA governance framework. This includes both manual and automated testing, defect tracking, and close collaboration with development teams to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable releases. You will also contribute to test coverage reporting and continuous improvement initiatives that support our long-term quality and audit standards (SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 9001). The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and autonomous, thrives in an entrepreneurial yet structured environment, and takes ownership of improving QA maturity and efficiency.
