About The Position

The QA Tech Lead is responsible for conducting quality assurance audits to ensure company standards and product integrity are maintained. This role involves collaborating with management to resolve quality and production issues, evaluating and taking corrective action on labeling and product movement, and assisting in the education of team members. The Tech Lead also acts as a source for critical quality issues and performs various quality tests and audits, including HACCP and NELS.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.

• Leadership experience preferred.
• Previous quality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA audits, ensuring Company standards are maintained, and product integrity is preserved.
• Work closely with management to resolve any quality or production issues.
• Evaluate and take corrective action regarding labeling and product movement.
• Assist in the education and instruction of team members throughout the facility.
• Act as source of critical quality issues.
• Perform HACCP, NELS, and quality tests and audits.
• All other relevant duties to the position.
