About The Position
The QA Technician is responsible for ensuring product quality and food safety by inspecting raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods. This role supports compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements in a food manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Knowledge of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for quality compliance
- Perform line clearances and conduct ATP/AllerSnap testing; record results accurately
- Conduct daily checks on scales, x-ray machines, and metal detectors
- Collect and manage samples for internal and external laboratory testing
- Verify sanitation logs and assist with internal audits
- Investigate non-conformances and report findings to QA Management
- Monitor production processes to ensure food safety and quality standards are met
- Complete additional QA-related duties as assigned
