About The Position

QA/QC Project Engineers will be responsible for providing administrative support for construction projects. This may occur in the office or on-site at the construction projects. Engineers work under the direction of a QA QC Project Manager to assists with the administrative duties related to one or more construction projects. Engineers may travel to jobsites or satellite offices as business needs require. Requirements

1-2 Years as a Project Coordinator, Degreed Engineer, or equivalent experience in Construction
Microsoft Office Suite Required
Bluebeam recommended
Prior PG&E or relevant experience required
High school diploma or equivalent – required
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Ability to work extended hours when necessary for business needs
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability and willingness to travel as needed
Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

Experience working in construction is a plus

Responsibilities

Work with the project team to acquire and compile the project closeout documents
Ensure closeout documents meet client standards
Monitor trends for failing go-backs so we can resolve
Make sure we are meeting the timelines for submission required by the client
Keeping up on PG&E standards and specifications to ensure we have the latest revisions.
