Quality plays a critical role in that mission—any friction or failure in the product experience can prevent people from getting the care they need. We are looking for a QA Manager who will own and scale quality practices across Grow’s platform. In this role, you will ensure that patients, providers, and partners can trust Grow during some of the most important moments of their healthcare journey. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to embed quality into every stage of development, enabling teams to move quickly without compromising reliability or user experience. As a QA Manager at Grow Therapy, you will be instrumental in shaping how Grow builds, tests, and delivers software as the company continues to scale.
