QA Delivery Manager - POS systems
About The Position
ITTConnect is seeking a POS Testing Lead to work for a client in the US. This is a position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services with over 300,000 team members in nearly 50 countries. The end client is in the quick serve restaurants industry. Job location: Seattle, WA on site . Lead a team of QA, QE, TDM professionals to support E2E test execution for NGPOS releases ⢠Collaborate with Client stakeholders, including technical project manager, development teams, and business analysts, to understand project requirements and manage the testing strategies to meet business needs ⢠Define Testing Strategy and approach to support store pilot, and release deployments as per rollout plan or defined roadmap ⢠Align with Client to assess possible risk elements during testing phases and create mitigation plans ⢠Provide monthly status reporting on test execution progress, issues/risks, assumptions and dependencies ⢠Liaison to drive test execution and defect remediation with teams and assist testing team to resolve the road blockers during In-sprint, E2E testing phases
Responsibilities
