About The Position

We're inecta Food, and we're looking for a QA Analyst (or Senior QA Analyst, depending on experience) to own quality across our cloud ERP platform built for the food and beverage industry. If you've tested ERP software and you're tired of QA being treated as an afterthought — this is a team where QA shapes the product, not just validates it. You'll push back on incomplete stories, write your own, document processes end to end, and mentor other QA staff. The role touches every functional area of the platform. This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates anywhere in India. The role requires mandatory availability during the first half of EST working hours to overlap with our US and Canada teams, while the other half of your workday is flexible and set in coordination with your manager. This is the standard arrangement for our India team.

Requirements

Degree in accounting, finance, business, MIS, computer information systems, or a related field
Strong functional knowledge of Business Central, NAV/Navision, or similar ERP platforms — you understand the business problem, not just the UI
Demonstrated experience following structured QA processes with a track record of high-quality output
Business process knowledge spanning major functional areas (finance, inventory, production, etc.)
Solid technical literacy — comfortable in Excel, familiar with how software systems fit together
Excellent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

Test across multiple functional areas of the product — not siloed to one module
Review user stories for completeness and push back when acceptance criteria are missing or unreasonable
Write complex stories yourself, including workflow and calculation logic, following inecta's standards
Document processes end to end: recordings, written documentation, and business context for why the solution exists
Work directly with developers, consultants, and product managers on design and technical requirements
Build and run your own demo and training plans across functional areas
Mentor and hold other QA team members accountable for story and documentation quality
Propose improvements to QA processes, standards, and tooling
