About The Position

The QA Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and accuracy of enterprise financial systems, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related integrated applications. This role involves designing and executing comprehensive manual test plans, test cases, and scripts; performing functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing; validating data across interfaces; and managing defects through industry-standard tools in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate has at least three years of software quality assurance experience in an enterprise environment, a solid understanding of structured SDLC and/or Agile methodologies, and strong analytical and communication skills to support defect triage and release planning. A bachelor’s degree in a related technical or business discipline (or equivalent experience) is required, with a master’s degree preferred, and additional strengths include experience testing cloud-based systems (ERP/CRM), exposure to Dynamics 365, basic test automation, API testing, CI/CD workflows, and data or reporting validation.

Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in software quality assurance and manual testing in an enterprise environment.
• Proven experience creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience executing functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across business applications.
• Experience documenting defects, tracking resolution, and validating fixes using industry-standard test management and ticketing systems.
• Ability to perform data validation and reconciliation across integrated systems and interfaces.
• Familiarity with structured SDLC and/or Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate with business and technical teams during defect triage and release planning.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field.

Nice To Haves

• Experience testing cloud-based enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, or large business workflow systems.
• Basic experience with test automation frameworks or tools for smoke or regression tests.
• Exposure to CI/CD environments and participation in release cycles or DevOps workflows.
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, or equivalent).
• Experience with testing data pipelines, ETL processes, or business intelligence/reporting outputs.
• A master’s degree is preferred.
