About The Position

We are seeking a talented Data Quality Analyst to join our team and work on CIB data governance and data quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data quality frameworks, SQL-based data analysis, and be comfortable translating business and regulatory requirements into operational data controls.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data quality or data governance projects within financial institutions.
  • Strong experience using SQL (or similar languages) to extract, analyze, and validate data.
  • Proven experience in the definition, implementation, and monitoring of data quality controls.
  • Good knowledge of CIB / SCIB environments and business domains (Banking, Markets, Risk, GTB).
  • Familiarity with key banking systems such as Loan IQ, Murex, Calypso, JQUEST, Aqua+, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with data quality tooling, ideally DaQua / Data Tooling.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including leading workshops and meetings with business users.
  • Clear communication skills, proactive mindset, and solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business and regulatory requirements into effective data quality controls (completeness, coherence, consistency).
  • Design, implement, and maintain data quality controls within the central Data Tooling platform (DaQua).
  • Identify and validate appropriate data sources, tables, and data fields to ensure correct control scope.
  • Monitor control execution, analyze data quality issues, and coordinate remediation with business and IT teams.
  • Collaborate closely with business users, data owners, and stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure expected outcomes.
  • Lead workshops and working sessions to support stakeholder alignment on data quality topics.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of data quality processes across CIB domains.
