Role Overview: Halvik Corp seeks an Intermediate QA Analyst to support federal government Salesforce implementations, focusing on test automation, 508 compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Software quality assurance and testing
  • QA automation (Selenium, Provar, Katalon, or similar)
  • UI testing, regression testing, and integration testing
  • Salesforce application testing preferred
  • 508 compliance testing experience or ability to quickly train
  • Defect tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Test automation frameworks and scripting
  • Accessibility testing tools (JAWS, NVDA, Axe, Wave)
  • API testing (REST, SOAP, Postman)
  • SQL and database testing
  • CI/CD pipeline integration
  • Version control (Git/GitHub)
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Presentation and demonstration abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Team collaboration

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce testing tools (Provar, AccelQ)
  • ISTQB or Section 508 Trusted Tester certification
  • Federal government project experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute automated test scripts
  • Perform UI, regression, and integration testing across Salesforce platforms
  • Conduct 508 compliance testing and document accessibility issues
  • Identify, track, and verify defect resolution
  • Maintain automation frameworks and test suites
  • Create test plans, test cases, and execution reports
  • Generate customer-facing collateral (status reports, metrics, UAT guides)
  • Produce release notes and testing summaries
  • Interface with federal government clients and program managers
  • Facilitate UAT sessions and conduct product demos
  • Communicate testing status, risks, and issues to project teams
  • Collaborate with developers, BAs, and project managers
  • Quickly learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Adapt to changing requirements and priorities
  • Work independently and take initiative
