About The Position

Conduct goals based research on proprietary datasets and present the results to the team.

Requirements

• Research Skills: Proven experience conducting empirical research with a strong understanding of hypothesis testing statistical significance and research design
• Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills in Python and Pandas for data extraction and analysis
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Goal Based Research Design and execute targeted research projects to answer specific questions related to ETF market making and client performance Data Analysis.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns anomalies and opportunities for the trading desk Methodological Rigor.
• Apply strong sound research principles and statistical methods to ensure all findings are accurate reproducible and unbiased Reporting.
• Clearly communicate complex research results and methodologies to desk leadership through concise reports and presentations
