We strategize, design, develop and implement omni-channel digital capabilities, platforms and systems. The PXM Functional Lead owns the functional design and business enablement of Product Information Management (PIM) solutions. This role serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring that PIM platforms are configured to support end‑to‑end product data, content, and syndication processes. The Functional Lead defines future‑state business processes, drives data model and workflow design, and ensures that the solution leverages out‑of‑the-box PIM capabilities wherever possible. They are accountable for solution usability, adoption, and alignment to business outcomes across merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and digital commerce teams. This role partners closely with the PIM Technical Architect, Project Management, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable, governed, and user‑centric PIM solutions.
