About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse and Purchasing Manager to oversee the procurement and inventory management of products used in our sterile compounding environment. This role is vital to ensuring the seamless operation of our 503B sterile compounding facility, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and supporting our commitment to delivering safe, high-quality pharmaceutical products. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the procurement process for all products used in sterile compounding, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing - Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and maintain accurate records to prevent shortages or overstocking - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts, monitor product quality, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards - Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of sterile and non-sterile supplies - Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of sterile products in accordance with industry regulations and company policies - Collaborate with quality assurance and compliance teams to maintain documentation and adhere to all safety and regulatory requirements - Develop and implement inventory management procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce waste - Train and supervise warehouse staff to uphold safety standards and operational procedures Join our innovative team dedicated to advancing healthcare through sterile compounding. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management and procurement, preferably within a pharmaceutical or sterile compounding environment
  • Knowledge of 503B sterile compounding regulations and industry standards, preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance

  • Knowledge of 503B sterile compounding regulations and industry standards, preferred.
