The Bahia Resort Hotel, owned by Evans Hotels, LLC, is a hospitality leader in San Diego since opening in 1953. Tucked away on a fourteen-acre peninsula in Mission Bay, the 314-room resort is a beachside escape. The Purchasing / Receiving Specialist supports the management of inventory levels and vendor communications while coordinating the daily procurement, receiving, storage, and issuance of all hotel food and beverage products and operating supplies. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively monitor inventory to prevent shortages that may impact operations and guest service.
