Join us as a Purchasing Receiver to join our Accounting and Purchasing team. OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark features a dynamic indoor waterpark, over 400 well-appointed guest rooms and suites, including premium riverfront accommodations, a range of dining options, and extensive meeting and event space spanning 27,000 square feet. They will inspect incoming orders, ensuring order accuracy and quality, and maintain receiving records to facilitate the invoicing process.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Previous experience in purchasing/receiving
  • Computer proficiency to manage receiving process, utilize hotel computer systems, and record inventories.
  • Organization skills to manage storerooms and deliver supplies according to OKANA standards.
  • Strong communications skills; read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the receiving process for all orders
  • Verify Shipments and check for order accuracy and product/packaging quality.
  • Maintain accurate receiving records in resort’s point of sale system.
  • Ensure compliance with OKANA purchasing policies & procedures.
  • Coordinate delivery of supplies to all departments throughout the resort.
