Amentum is seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join our team in Greenville, SC! Hours may vary based on customer demand. Must be willing to work overtime when required. May be required to work holidays and weekend As the Procurement Assistant, you will perform many daily duties, including: Utilizing the procurement and purchase order system to create POs as requested. Documenting, processing, matching, reading, organizing, sorting, and filing reports and data sheets. Scanning documents and uploading to proper systems. Operating office equipment and managing office space and systems. Answering inquiries and providing information both verbally and through written communication. Maintaining professional and customer-oriented relationships with team members, customers, and service providers. Performing other duties as assigned or requested by Management. As the Procurement Assistant, you will be expected to: Work in a team environment with a one team mentality; be friendly, respectful, empathetic, and professional to teammates and clients.
