About The Position

Join our team at the Allentown site, a leader in medical device and skin wearable manufacturing. We specialize in silicone-based products like scar and wrinkle reduction patches, distributed through major outlets and serving a rapidly expanding consumer and medical market. Responsibilities Support operational procurement activities, focusing on indirect spending such as office supplies, services, and MRO items. Review purchase requisitions and prepare purchase orders for approval. Route all purchase orders to the Buyer/Procurement Manager for final approval without direct buying authority. Execute approved purchase orders within the ERP system. Maintain and update vendor master records. Communicate professionally with vendors regarding order status, documentation, and basic inquiries. Assist with resolving invoice discrepancies in coordination with Accounting. Support general procurement administration and reporting as needed. Essential Skills Purchasing and purchase order management. Data entry and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Familiarity with ERP systems such as Epicor, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite. Basic understanding of procurement, supply chain, or purchasing concepts. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Ability to communicate professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Additional Skills & Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred. Internship or entry-level experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or manufacturing. Experience supporting purchasing or administrative functions in a manufacturing environment. Work Environment The position reports directly to the Procurement department, currently a one-person team. The role is based in a cubicle on the main office floor, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. The dress code is business casual. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Allentown, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Requirements

  • Purchasing and purchase order management.
