About The Position

As a Purchase Order Coordinator, you’re the behind-the-scenes force that keeps our stores stocked and our promises intact. You’ll track every PO from creation to receipt, solving delays before they ripple into lost sales or empty shelves. In a business where timing is everything, your ability to bring clarity and control to the process directly impacts the customer experience.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in supply chain, inventory, merchandising, or a fast-paced operations role
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working across multiple systems and datasets
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to spot risks before they escalate
• Natural problem-solving instincts—you take ownership and push toward resolution
• The ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines without losing accuracy
• Clear, confident communication across cross-functional teams and external vendors

Responsibilities

• Tracking POs end-to-end—from vendor to port to distribution center—so nothing falls through the cracks
• Partnering closely with Inventory teams to update PO dates and quantities as conditions change
• Proactively identifying late POs and stepping in early to minimize downstream impact
• Working with International Logistics to accelerate delayed shipments and secure better sailing schedules
• Investigating vendor performance issues and pinpointing root causes—not just reporting delays
• Building and maintaining reporting across systems like Oracle Cloud and SPS Commerce to keep teams aligned and informed
• Managing the PO inbox by answering questions from stores, internal teams, and suppliers, and working with different teams to resolve PO, ASN, and shipment issues to keep orders accurate and on track.
