Requirements

• Ability to measure parts/material using a micrometer required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic math and counting skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with machine noise
• Drug screen required
• Background check required

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate punch press machinery to meet daily production goals
• Measure materials and finished parts using a micrometer (MIC)
• Label, sort, and pack finished products for shipment
• Follow production schedules and quality standards
• Maintain accurate counts and verify quantities
• Work independently or alongside team members
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
