What we are looking for We are looking to fill an Inside Sales role focused primarily on pump parts sales, with additional support across other product areas as needed. This position is best suited for someone who is highly mechanical, has experience working with pumps, and is comfortable interacting with customers to identify, quote, and process parts orders. The person in this role will play a key part in supporting our parts’ business and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of mechanical/millwright experience with pumps or pump systems is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage detailed information accurately.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and order entry software (experience is a plus).
  • A team player with a positive attitude and customer-first mindset
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or parts/equipment support, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and order entry software (experience is a plus).
  • A college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the go-to resource for pump parts inquiries, providing accurate identification, recommendations, and solutions tailored to customers’ equipment needs.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and make proactive outbound calls to promote parts and equipment solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales process - from quoting and order entry to fulfillment and follow-up - with speed and precision.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pump systems, parts compatibility, pricing, and inventory.
  • Work closely with outside sales reps, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth processing and delivery of orders.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate on lead generation initiatives and support broader sales efforts as needed.
  • Monitor and address customer concerns, providing prompt and professional resolutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our parts business.
