Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful PR campaigns and media strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Experience with social media management and digital communication tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies and campaigns to promote the organization's brand and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and other key stakeholders to secure positive media coverage.
- Coordinate and manage press releases, media kits, and official statements to ensure clarity and consistency in messaging.
- Organize and support events, press conferences, and community outreach programs to enhance public engagement and visibility.
- Monitor media coverage and public opinion to evaluate the effectiveness of PR strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
