About The Position

This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic public relations initiatives to strengthen the organization's brand and public image. Key duties include managing media relations, crafting press materials, and supporting event coordination to effectively engage target audiences. The role also involves monitoring media coverage, evaluating campaign success, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging. Additionally, the coordinator will handle crisis communications, maintain media databases, and track industry trends to inform ongoing PR efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience managing media relations and developing press materials (e.g., press releases, media pitches)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with media monitoring tools and PR analytics
