What You’ll Do As a Public Relations & Communications Assistant, you’ll support PR, outreach, and campaign teams through event-based communications and community engagement.

Requirements

• Have strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Are interested in events, outreach, or nonprofit communications
• Are 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist with campaign planning, event coordination, and communication tasks
• Represent nonprofit clients at community events, fundraisers, and public activations
• Prepare press kits, outreach materials, and communication content
• Engage attendees, donors, volunteers, and media contacts
• Collect engagement metrics and event insights
• Contribute creative ideas to strengthen messaging and community impact
