About The Position

Through public relations, media outreach, and strategic communications, we deliver impactful campaigns that connect clients with their audiences. We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Public Relations & Communications Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for candidates who are passionate about PR, communications, and media, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. No experience required — full paid training provided.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Interest in media relations, public engagement, and community communications
Responsibilities
- Assist in executing PR campaigns, press releases, and media outreach initiatives
- Conduct research on industry trends, media outlets, and competitor communications
- Support community outreach and engagement programs to enhance client visibility
- Draft and edit press materials, social media content, and internal communications
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative messaging and communications strategies
- Help track and report PR campaign performance and media coverage
