As part of the MPH practicum and capstone, this project will support Weld County Public Health’s evaluation of its Mobile Health Unit following its April 2025 launch. The student will analyze first-year program data related to service utilization, geographic reach, partnerships, and access to care to assess how effectively the unit is meeting community needs. Findings will be synthesized into an internal impact report and a targeted analysis identifying service gaps and opportunities for improvement. Results will inform future deployment strategies, stakeholder communication, and leadership decision-making. The practicum and capstone provide applied experience in program evaluation and public health communication while strengthening the department’s data-driven planning efforts. Pay is $25.00/hr. This paid internship is for a current MPH students only and will be capped at 140 hours.
