The Hype Queen Behind the Scenes) Are you the friend who always makes the plans, convinces everyone to say “yes,” and somehow turns strangers into besties in 5 minutes? Then keep reading… We’re looking for a Lead Booker who can bring the energy, build real connections, and help new clients take that exciting (and sometimes nerve-wracking) first step into class. This role is all about being the first impression of our brand; warm, welcoming, and just the right amount of persuasive.

Requirements

Love talking to people and making connections instantly
Have a natural sales instinct (but in a fun, not pushy way)
Are organized and detail-oriented (you don’t forget the little things)
Can match energy and read people quickly
Thrive on helping others feel confident and excited
Are motivated by turning opportunities into wins

Responsibilities

Reach out to every new lead within 1 business day (because excitement shouldn’t have to wait)
Chat with potential clients about our current promos (hello, Two Week Trial 👀)
Turn “I’m thinking about it…” into “I’m booked!”
Answer questions, calm nerves, and make people feel so comfortable saying yes
Build genuine rapport. This is not a script, it’s a conversation
Keep things organized by logging detailed notes in: Lead Management contact cards (for leadership visibility) Mindbody profiles (so the team can continue the magic)
