About The Position

Join our team as a Psychotherapist providing compassionate, evidence‑based behavioral health care to children, adolescents, and—when needed—adult patients. This role offers a unique opportunity to specialize in child and adolescent therapy while contributing to our maternal wellness program through required trainings completed upon hire. You will complete psychosocial assessments, provide individual, family, and group therapy, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patients through crisis, treatment, and recovery. A hybrid schedule and supportive clinical environment make this position ideal for a skilled, mission‑driven clinician.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related human services field from an accredited graduate program required.
  • Full clinical licensure in the applicable state required.
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience required.
  • CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) and CPR certifications required for clinicians working in inpatient psychiatric settings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care based on identified clinical needs.
  • Provide therapeutic services primarily to children and adolescents, with some flexibility to see adult patients as needed.
  • Complete maternal wellness trainings upon hire to support our maternal wellness program and provide care to associated patients.
  • Manage clients in crisis using appropriate therapeutic interventions and assessment techniques.
  • Create individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis, age, and clinical presentation.
  • Develop comprehensive discharge plans and guide patients through the termination process.
  • Collaborate with guardians, caregivers, and community agencies to ensure coordinated service delivery.
  • Document patient care accurately and timely within the medical record.
  • Complete all required billing information promptly and accurately.
  • Design, plan, and deliver effective patient education.
  • Maintain clear communication and collaborate with the healthcare team to support optimal patient outcomes.
