You will participate in the leadership of the program by participating and communicating with Program staff and members served. You participate in the leadership of the program by ensuring superior quality medical practices that meet and exceed licensure requirements, payer standards and client and community needs. Psychiatrist - Full Time - 40 hours/week Mon-Fri 8am-5pm onsite position $10k Sign On Bonus ( On-call responsibility one weekend per month 5pm-8am ) Compensation - Expected starting Employee wage range - $322,561k - $403,202k / Annually + $10k Sign On Bonus Independent Contractor wage range - $202 - $252 / Hourly Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Independent Contractors are not eligible for company benefits and must provide their own malpractice insurance. The Telecare El Dorado County Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) is a 16-bed locked hospital facility providing acute inpatient psychiatric treatment to adults aged 18+, diagnosed with a serious mental illness. Requirements

A medical degree from a medical school accredited by the American Medical Association or the American Osteopathic Association and successful completion of residency training program in psychiatry
Active DEA in good standing
