About The Position

The PSH Coordinator position plays a key role in supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of the Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) program. This position assists in driving forward strategic projects, coordinating monthly reporting, and enhancing organizational systems to ensure smooth program operations. Under the guidance of the Division Director of Supportive Housing, the Coordinator helps maintain momentum on initiatives, ensures timely and accurate data reporting, and supports the overall structure and organization of the program. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about improving housing stability for individuals who have experienced homelessness.

Requirements

  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

  • Be reliable, dependable, and consistent in attendance.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and move for at least an hour at a time or more.
  • Ability to bend, squat, kneel, twist, push, and pull to perform job functions.
  • Ability to use stairs or steps.
  • Ability to safely climb stairs, ladders, and step stools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with diverse and/or vulnerable populations is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of PSH program initiatives and special projects.
  • Monitor progress on strategic goals and assist teams in meeting deadlines.
  • Assist with cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment and momentum on key initiatives.
  • Compile and analyze monthly program data for internal and external reporting.
  • Assist in prepare of summaries, and presentations for leadership and funders.
  • Track required reports
  • Develop and maintain systems for tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Assist with documentation, file management, and process improvement efforts.
  • Support the coordination of meetings, trainings, and stakeholder communications.
  • Provide administrative support to the PSH leadership team as needed.
  • Help coordinate calendars, meeting agendas, and follow-up tasks.
  • Maintain organized records of program activities, contracts, and compliance material.
  • Attend mandatory agency trainings, including Trauma-Informed Care, Housing Focused, De-escalation, Suicide Prevention, CPR, and more.
  • Participate in emergency drills and environmental safety activities, as required.
  • Follow all agency protocols for security, safety, and sanitation to maintain a clean and secure environment for residents and staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.
