About The Position

To manage the Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Sober Living program and lead the supportive services team.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong professional and ethical behaviors.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 5 years experience working in human services field or,
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in a human services field and at least 3 years of experience in a human services field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Must be a CPRP or be willing to be certified.
  • Must be a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor or a Licensed Master Social Worker
  • Must have a valid Tennessee Driver’s License.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures services are delivered by the PSH Sober Living team with a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed approach.
