About The Position
The Life Skills Clinic is a part of the Department of Occupational and Recreational Therapies at the University of Utah. As a pediatric occupational therapy clinic, we work to meet the needs of children from 0-18 years old who have challenges with development and functional performance. This could include overall child development, educational performance, acquired injuries, and emotional-behavioral skills. Our goal at the Life Skills Clinic is to provide professional interventions for children in a fun, family-centered, community environment. This position will be responsible for helping administrative and therapy staff and would a great opportunity for someone interested in healthcare. Requirements
- This position is patient-sensitive and must fulfill all associated requirements.

Responsibilities
- Creates and maintains charts/files.
- Maintains treatment area, equipment and supply inventory
- Answers questions about the organization and associated activities.
- Assists with word processing, data entry and internet searches.
- Receives, greets and directs clients to appropriate person or office.
- Answers telephones, providing assistance and directing clients to the correct person or office
