Requirements

• Professional, outgoing & friendly personality with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
• Willing to walk neighborhoods, work independently, while still being a part of a great team
• What's better than getting paid to do your cardio?!
• Assertive, self-motivated with strong negotiation skills and results orientated
• Must be comfortable with walking and standing for extended periods of time and be able to work outside in various environments and conditions

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, political canvassing, or other related fields is a PLUS, but not necessary

Responsibilities

• Arriving daily at our office
• Attending a daily meeting with the team, leads, and manager discussing the day’s plan and yesterday’s results
• Approaching homeowners in the community and at events, and speaking with them about their windows and patio doors, promoting our products and services, and delivering interactive presentations
• Setting appointments for our sales representatives to provide in-home demonstrations
