Requirements

Schedule availability to include weekdays, weeknights and weekends
Friendly, energetic and detail-oriented
Passion for hospitality
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Strong sense of urgency and initiative
Ability to retain and recall detailed information
Working in a fast paced, enthusiastic work environment

Responsibilities

Cause each guest to have an amazing experience by providing prompt, friendly, attentive service in a clean, comfortable environment
Be responsible for the cleanliness of the hotel including the exterior and interior
Work in a proactive manner to assist the housekeepers with removal and replacement of linens, glassware and other necessary items
Maintain the cleanliness of the guestrooms corridors and public spaces including vacuuming, restocking and detail cleaning
Anticipate guest needs and clearly communicate any issues to the front desk
Enjoy working in a fast paced, enthusiastic environment
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety, ensuring that our maintenance and sanitation standards are met at all times
