About The Position

Job Responsibilities: Assist with client project provisioning and device setup for mobile devices (cell phones, tablets, laptops, etc.), ensuring timely and accurate configuration. Support inventory and asset tracking by updating records as needed. Check in and process received shipments and new inventory. Coordinate with logistical partners to fulfill shipping requests. Assist with custom invoicing for import and export of international shipments. Process device returns and decommission devices, including performing data wipes and adhering to security/compliance protocols for reuse or disposal. Ensure packaging and shipping compliance: Apply UN stickers for international shipments in accordance with hazardous material regulations. Package devices securely with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Seal and prepare shipments to ensure safe delivery. Prepare shipping documentation, including FedEx and DHL waybills, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to clients and internal locations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Typically requires less than one year of related experience (entry-level position). Knowledge of current and emerging technologies, service delivery processes, clinical practices, and mobile computing. Experience with logistics and telecom is preferred. Strong time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in computer and technical applications. Ability to work with groups to build consensus. Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management and direct reports. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to address difficult or sensitive information tactfully. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
