About The Position

Carisk Partners is looking for a Provider Services Specialist in our Jacksonville, FL office to support our Dental, Doctor, and Leadership Teams. Carisk Partners is patient-first specialty managed care company for injured workers focusing exclusively on above the neck injuries. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Must be able to multi-task, follow procedures and have active listening skills
• Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Outlook and all MS Office essentials

Nice To Haves

• Contact Center experience a plus
• Certifications in Credentialing a plus

Responsibilities

• Updating the provider directory from DSO provider rosters
• Verifying provider information with provider offices or using online resources
• Updating provider profiles with current information
• Emailing and Faxing requests for information to providers
• Submitting credentialing information to external CVO for processing upon satisfactory CAQH profile completion.
• Assesses completed provider credentialing files and directs to committee as needed.
• Submitting credentialing information to external CVO for processing
• Uploading completed credentialing files or forwarding for review, if necessary
• Overseeing files submitted for credentialing and redirecting any red flag files to the appropriate party
• Other administrative duties as assigned
