About The Position

Together Women’s Health (TWH) is seeking a full-time Provider Recruiter to join our collaborative, high-performing Provider Recruiting team. This is a growth-focused hire designed to support our expanding network of private practice partnerships nationwide, with an initial emphasis on Advanced Practice Provider (APP) recruiting and intentional exposure to physician recruitment and sourcing . This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys building pipelines, managing high-volume searches, and wants to grow into more complex, strategic physician recruiting work over time with mentorship and support. You’ll join a close-knit, collaborative recruiting team and work directly with experienced physician recruiters and senior leadership, gaining hands-on exposure to the full provider recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing through offers, while making an immediate impact.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience in healthcare or professional-level recruiting (APP or provider recruiting strongly preferred).
  • Comfort managing multiple searches in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Working knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools, and outreach strategies.
  • Experience using ATS and/or CRM systems (iCIMS a plus).
  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence; able to build trust with clinicians and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning your work.
  • A growth mindset and interest in expanding into physician recruiting, sourcing, and offer processes over time .

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for Advanced Practice Providers (CNMs, WHNPs, PAs), including sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer support.
  • Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines using job boards, CRM tools, referrals, social media, and targeted outreach.
  • Reduce administrative load across the recruiting team by owning candidate tracking, coordination, career event follow up, and communication workflows.
  • Partner closely with physician recruiters to support sourcing initiatives and pipeline development for physician roles as needed.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to candidates, residency and training programs, and key market contacts.
  • Screen candidates for credentials, experience, and cultural alignment with TWH practices.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate data within iCIMS and required systems.
  • Share market insights, candidate feedback, and sourcing trends to continuously improve recruiting strategies.
  • Participate in virtual and occasional in-person recruiting events (less than 25% travel).
