About The Position

Provider Network Management Director Senior Location: Idaho. This field-based role enables associates to primarily operate in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as their role requires, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. This approach ensures flexibility, responsiveness to client needs, and direct, hands-on engagement. As the Provider Network Management Director Senior, you will lead discussions and negotiations with hospitals, health systems and key provider groups. This role supports network development and management activities for Medicaid network development. How you will make an impact: Leading complex contracting negotiations. Participating in strategic network discussions. Supporting local markets in fulfilling key deliverables. Serving as a regional mentor in contract negotiation and relationship management tactics. Working collaboratively with Medicaid Business Development in responding to RFPs to support network builds and future business needs.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of leadership/management experience in healthcare management; or any combination of education and experience, that would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated experience and skills with leading complex contracting negotiations.
  • Previous P&L and/or project management experience in a healthcare setting, and excellent quantitative, marketing, financial, and strategic skills are strongly preferred.
  • Business development mindset or aptitude.
