About The Position

The Provider Enrollment Support I role is an entry-level position responsible for assisting the Provider Enrollment team with routine administrative tasks. This role is focused on supporting the day-to-day operations, ensuring the efficient handling of basic provider enrollment processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within healthcare
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the collection and verification of provider credentials (example, licenses, certifications).
  • Identify and escalate any concerns related to provider enrollment process.
  • Assist in payer follow-up activities as needed to ensure timely enrollment.
  • Manage department mail, including sending, receiving, and processing.
  • Assist in preparing basic enrollment reports and documentation.
  • Perform data entry and ensure records are accurate and complete.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall effectiveness of the department.
