About The Position

We’re seeking a highly motivated Admissions Representative for our Aurora Campus who thrives on hitting targets, solving challenges, and making a tangible impact. This role is the heartbeat of our campus, serving as the primary bridge between prospective students and their futures in healthcare.

Requirements

  • Experienced: 3+ years in admissions, sales, or recruitment (experience in the private/proprietary education sector is a major plus).
  • A Persuasive Communicator: You possess exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to solve problems on the fly.
  • Data-Informed: You are tech-savvy and comfortable managing CRM systems to track KPIs and move candidates through the enrollment funnel.
  • Flexible: You are available for occasional evening/weekend rotations and local travel as needed to support campus events.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but we welcome equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Engage & Advise: Conduct in-depth interviews and guide applicants through the enrollment process with clarity, empathy, and professional care.
  • Drive Enrollment: Consistently meet and exceed targets through proactive outreach (inbound/outbound calls, emails, and texts) and meticulous follow-up.
  • Build Connections: Represent Pima Medical Institute at career fairs, local high schools, and community events to build a robust applicant pipeline.
  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold the highest ethical standards in alignment with Department of Education (DOE), accreditation, and institutional policies.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Financial Aid and Faculty teams to ensure a seamless, supportive "start" for every student.
