About The Position

The Provider Development Representative role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the relationships between Adena Health System, its primary care and specialist providers, and the entire provider community. This position will work in collaboration with the Manager Provider Development to direct and implement programs designed to foster positive relations and growth opportunities with physicians, both internal and external to Adena, in order to establish partnerships and affiliations. The position will utilize Adena's selected healthcare relationship management & analytics technology software to document calls and issues relative to field visits and phone calls that will be utilized to strengthen relationships and generate revenues for the system. Serves as an ambassador to the Medical Communities for Adena Health System. The position will gather intelligence and share with appropriate individuals with the Health System and will be responsible for cultivating new provider relationships. Accepts provider comments, suggestions, and complaints, and utilizes the outreach problem solving process to assure timely response and resolution of opportunities identified. Position will interact directly with Adena primary care providers, specialists, sub specialists, practice managers, leadership and others to offer outreach support to drive patient volume, enhance customer loyalty and exceed client satisfaction. This position collaborates with the Outreach Leadership team to meet the regional growth strategy goals/targets for Adena Health System. Extensive travel is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
  • Must have an acceptable certified Ohio abstract of driving record covering the past 3 years and maintain an acceptable driving record
  • 3-5 years diverse healthcare experience.
  • Familiarity with Adena and the larger medical community is required.
