About The Position

Promote and sell Franchise services through online presence and business to business marketing in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. Grow and develop customer base by utilizing a systematic process (in person Route Selling) to identify new prospects and cultivate relationships by routinely contacting, visiting, and following up with customers. Use marketing materials like SERVPRO® Key Differentiators and Emergency Ready Plan to market SERVPRO® services and to sell the benefits. Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs, ensuring customer needs are met. Maintain all social media accounts and create unique content and videos to engage potential prospects. Base plus commission with unlimited earning potential.

Requirements

  • A minimum two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience
  • Superb sales, customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong business and process- and results-driven attitude
  • Must be trainable and have a strong willingness to learn our unique industry

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales and marketing within the service sector is desired but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience is desired

  • Coordinate continuing education events for clients
  • Coordinate marketing & entertainment events
  • Professional association participation
  • Participate in professional networking events
